Refund and Return Policy

Products can be returned by the buyer in following cases:

1: Products are not according to the Description ordered by the buyer.

2: Products are of sub standard quality not according to the description ordered by the buyer.

3: Products are damaged, torned at the time buyer received it, but in that case burden of proof  is on the buyer, SAZCOLLECTION reserves the right of disapproval after verifying with best possible ways the integrity of the claim.

4: Claim is made on the same day the goods were received, no claim will be acceptable after expiry of 24 hours.

5: Claim must have to be made by the buyer himself/herself, no one is allowed to claim on behalf of the buyer unless he/she represents the buyer legaly provided provision of proof.

6: Amount will be refunded to the buyer after approval with in seven working days.

7: Actual amount will be returned to the buyer to make them in the position before the order placed.

8: In case of return Shipping charges will be borne by SAZCOLLECTION for delivery as well as return.

9: In case goods are partially accepted by the buyer and partially returned (as the case of seperable transaction), then cost of product/s returned will be returned and Shipment charges will be borne by SAZCOLLECTION for returned goods only.

10: SAZCOLLECTION remains the right to choose any medium of payment in case of refund which may seem suitable as per case.

11: In case of return buyer may opt to get the right goods and wait for it, in that case Shipment charges of return goods and Shipment charges of redelivery will be borne by SAZCOLLECTION.

12: It has to be noted that products should be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
In case of return buyer may opt to utilize the approved refund amount as store credit which can be used for purchasing in future.

13: As a policy exchange of goods is not allowed by the company but in case return of goods is approved buyer may opt to exchange it with another good/s, in that case addtional amount if payble by the buyer, buyer must pay after approval and if any amount remains for refund, it will be duly refunded and Shipping cost of reurn will be borne by SAZCOLLECTION.
